Fire Strike: three different checks on one reel window

The original Fire Strike combines ten-line wins, an anywhere-symbol instant bonus and a separate full-screen Wild jackpot condition. Learn which check produced an award before comparing its multiplier.

Start with the five reels and ten lines

Pragmatic Play’s original Fire Strike uses a five-by-three reel window. Ordinary line wins follow the permitted routes from the leftmost reel across adjacent reels. Having a matching symbol somewhere on each reel does not by itself establish a winning payline. Follow one line at a time, then add the awards for different winning lines according to the rules.

The Wild can help a qualifying combination through substitution. That is a line-matching role. It does not mean every Wild grants the separate jackpot, and it does not remove the need to read the actual symbol awards. The captured base-game screen gives you the right visual reference for the original title rather than its sequel.

Why six symbols anywhere is a different result

Fire Strike symbols have an anywhere-count check: six or more on the visible window can award an instant bonus without forming a single line. Position therefore matters differently from a normal line win. A group split across several rows can satisfy the count even when those positions are not one permitted payline.

Our rules tool lets you mark cells to see when the count reaches six. It is a teaching diagram, not a random slot or a recorded result. The full-screen jackpot has a more specific condition: exactly fifteen Fire Strike Wild symbols. Fifteen selected cells in the diagram are not automatically fifteen Wilds, so the two conditions must remain separate.

A large paytable number needs the right unit

Line awards and bonus awards do not necessarily use the same stake unit. The rules distinguish scaling by the bet per line from scaling by the total bet. With an illustrative R10 total across ten equally staked lines, the stake on one line is R1. A hypothetical award of twenty times that line stake would return R20, not R200.

That example explains conversion, not the payout for a particular Fire Strike symbol. When reading the real paytable, first identify the award unit, then apply the selected stake. Only after totalling the final return should you subtract the full stake to find net profit. This prevents a small coin figure or a line multiplier from being presented as a much larger whole-bet return.

The jackpot headline is not the full rules sheet

The provider describes a 25,000× jackpot component, while a public operator listing quotes a 27,000× maximum. We keep those scopes separate on the RTP page. Picking whichever number is larger would not explain what can actually pay in the loaded game. Similarly, the captured introductory screen and the hosted PDF use different volatility labels; inspect your own game’s information screen rather than treating the two documents as one identical build.

Fire Strike 2 is a separate title. Its feature description should not be used to fill gaps in the original Fire Strike rules. The provider name, exact title and in-game help are more useful identifiers than an operator thumbnail alone.

Use the demo to learn the controls

Before a first spin, locate the full bet, information control, sound options and any speed setting actually present. A quicker animation changes how fast you see the result, not the calculation of a winning combination. On a smaller screen, enlarge the game until the whole stake and result can be read without cropping.

The official demo is the place to practise those controls with virtual funds. For operator offers, use the partner buttons and check the title again at the destination. Our public listing checks are dated evidence, not a guarantee of account access, a current promotion or a rand stake range.

RULES IN PICTURES

Follow the line from the left.

The rules describe adjacent-reel matches beginning on the leftmost reel. Ten selected paylines are evaluated separately; the same symbol appearing somewhere on every reel does not establish a line win.
